Rislenemdaz

Rislenemdaz is an experimental, oral NMDA receptor antagonist that was studied for potential uses in treating major depressive disorder (MDD) and Parkinson’s disease. While early phase I trials showed no benefit for Parkinson’s disease symptoms, some positive indications for clinical meaningfulness were seen in phase II studies for depression, suggesting a possible role in treating MDD and treatment-resistant depression (TRD). The directory classifies it as a discontinued API with a synthetic source/manufacturing origin. Other names for this substance include rislenemdazum, MK-0657 and CERC‑301. Its PubChem CID is 11394238.
