Infigratinib is a pan-fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) kinase inhibitor. By inhibiting the FGFR pathway, that is often aberrated in cancers including cholangiocarcinoma, infigratinib suppresses tumour growth. Cholangiocarcinoma is the most common primary malignancy affecting the biliary tract and the second most common primary hepatic malignancy. It is grouped under the following drug class(es): Kinase inhibitors and Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors. Its therapeutic use is listed as anti-cancer agents. The directory classifies it as a discontinued API with a synthetic source/manufacturing origin. Other names for this substance include Infigratinib and infigratinibum. Its PubChem CID is 53235510.
