Amycretin

Amycretin, also known as zenagamtide, is an investigational, long-acting peptide drug being developed by Novo Nordisk for obesity, weight management, and type 2 diabetes. Amycretin is a dual GLP-1 receptor and amylin receptor agonist. Unlike semaglutide, which acts mainly through the GLP-1 receptor, amycretin activates both pathways through a single peptide molecule. Other names for this substance include zenagamtide, NN9487 and NNC0487-0111. Its PubChem SID is 518139431.
